Brunch is more than a meal. It’s a reason for weekends to exist. Time stands still as your morning cappuccino merges into a refreshing cocktail, and as friends and family stretch the magic of a weekend morning together well into midday. Our curated collection of brunch spots highlights the local restaurants that treat brunch with artistic license, elevating classics and offering atmospheres that invite you to let go and linger a little longer.
Bocado Brunch & Te’kila
For those who believe brunch should never be limited to a window of time, Bocado Brunch & Te’kila offers a refreshing take—serving its full brunch menu all day, every day. Whether you’re craving something savory in the morning or something sweet well into the evening, the experience here is built around flexibility, quality, and a from-scratch approach that elevates every dish.
Step inside the newly opened restaurant in Noblesville and you’re instantly transported. Inspired by the laid-back, sun-drenched energy of Tulum, Mexico, the space is layered with warm woods, natural textures, and a vibrant, coastal feel that makes every visit feel like a mini escape. It’s as much a vibe as it is a restaurant, equal parts relaxed and celebratory.
At the heart of the concept is the simple but compelling idea that great food should be available whenever the mood strikes. “You can have tacos and tequila for breakfast and eggs Benedict for dinner,” says owner Hugo Zavala. This philosophy defines a menu where classic brunch staples meet bold, flavor-forward options designed to satisfy at any hour.
Behind the scenes, the kitchen is committed to doing things the right way. “Everything is made from scratch, in-house, and you can get those items all day long. Breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner,” says Chef Nathan White. That dedication shows up in every detail, from thoughtfully prepared ingredients to dishes that feel both familiar and elevated.

Josephine
Weekend brunch at Josephine offers a fresh take on the French-inspired experience that has quickly made it a standout in Carmel’s Arts & Design District. While dinner leans romantic and intimate, brunch brings a softer, more relaxed energy to the space. “The vibe is lighter and brighter during brunch when compared to dinner service,” says owner Daniel Cage. “We keep the curtains open and invite the morning light into the dining room.”
That sense of ease carries through to the menu, where classic French influence meets approachable, seasonal fare. “Our brunch menu continues to celebrate French cuisine while staying approachable, and allowing some flexibility for Chef Popp to mix in some of his personal signature dishes,” Cage adds. Standout offerings include delicate quiche, richly flavored eggs piperade, and house-made croissants that are already becoming guest favorites. Behind the bar, the program leans into low-ABV cocktails designed for daytime sipping, alongside what Cage confidently calls “the best Bloody Mary and espresso martini in town.”
As the weather warms, Josephine’s patio becomes a natural extension of the experience, offering a charming setting for everything from casual coffee dates to celebratory gatherings. “Our team at Josephine enjoy creating an experience that is comfortable for an individual guest simply looking for a quick bite and a cup of coffee, but we also love to host large groups celebrating special occasions,” he says. Brunch is served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with rotating specials that keep the menu fresh, fun, and a little unexpected. Enjoy brunch at Josephine, located at 110 W. Main Street, Suite 100, in the Carmel Arts & Design District. For menus and reservations, visit josephinecarmel.com and follow @eatjosephine_carmel on Instagram.
The Fountain Room
The Fountain Room in the Bottleworks District continues to set the tone for elevated brunch in Indianapolis, where classic morning favorites are reimagined with a refined, supper club sensibility. Served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., brunch here feels equal parts indulgent and intentional—perfect for lingering over a beautifully executed meal in a polished, lively setting.
The menu strikes a thoughtful balance between comfort and creativity. Standout dishes include Steak & Eggs, pairing an 8 oz. skirt steak with chimichurri and caramelized mushrooms, while the decadent Brie Brûlée (with its caramelized sugar crust and honey-whipped brie) sets the tone for a memorable start. The beverage program is just as compelling. From build-your-own mimosas and classic Bloody Marys to espresso-forward cocktails and spirit-free options, there’s something for every brunch mood, whether you’re easing into the day or celebrating something special.
This spring, The Fountain Room is also hosting a special Mother’s Day brunch buffet. The experience features a generous spread of brunch favorites, seasonal dishes and sweet treats in an inviting, upscale setting, with the full brunch menu still available à la carte. “We really wanted to create something that feels special for families to celebrate together,” says Blake Fogelsong, owner and director of operations at Clancy’s Hospitality. Looking ahead, Clancy’s Hospitality will debut The Pretender this July in downtown Noblesville—a Japanese-inspired hi-fi listening bar designed around music, atmosphere and immersive hospitality. “It’s a different kind of experience for us, more intentional, more immersive and really centered around how people connect,” Fogelsong adds.
